Yay Big! Unfortunately, Deep Discount takes an age and a half to deliver their stuff. I got a shipping email a few days ago, but it's not scheduled to arrive until early November or so...
Ah well, it was cheap!

Same here, went the Deep Discount route...not scheduled to arrive until next week...Oh well! It was cheap, and I'm getting the good version anyways, so it's not like I'm missing out on something.
Aha...I get Ouran High School Host Club with that too...oh my, such a lovely package awaits me in the future...

Well it did save money at one point, but you had to jump on it early. I originally had my pre-order on Amazon for $48.99, but Deep Discount was offering it for $40, so I decided to get it there instead. Only eight bucks, but what the hell y'know?
But now, the price on Deep Discount has gone up to $50, so there's no savings anymore. Well, I mean it's still cheaper than the retail price of $70!

Huh-huh . . she said "jump on it".
Wow, retail's 70 freakin' bucks, huh ? Well we all came out ahead a' that !
Since I'll have it a few days earlier, if there's anything amazing that the pics so far haven't revealed, I shall post. . . . unless that verges on "spoilers".

Think about it though, there's a lot of stuff in the set. Along with the four movies, there's the special box, the figurine, and the lobby cards. Can't make any judgments yet, but depending on high the quality is on those things, they might be worth the $70 MSRP.
...Still doesn't matter since I got mine for less than a normal set anyways. XD

XD Yeah, and not only all you listed, but the content sounds like quite a feast as well !! Nearly 40 minutes of the reunion panel, shot professionally no doubt . . . an all-hands on board Doc that's feature length over the 4 discs . . . um, 4 rather cool choices for epsiodes . . .um . . .

Time to drive out and intercept the mailman! It's UPS of course, whose tracking is top-notch. But I'll be nervous till it's in me tremblin' hands cuz one time there was a substitute driver who I was told, by my regular good-buddy guy, would pull the jaded old trick of saying "delivery attempted" when he hadn't really pulled into my complex. It was some damn hotly anticipated thing, and I'd seen "out for delivery" get updated to "delivery attempted" as I sat 6 feet from my open window above the front door, and I know the sound of UPS trucks from a 100 feet away !! In udder woids, until it's being torn open and verified as not smashed n' damaged, something could still go wrong !!! ( we need an emoticon with nervous sweat flying off it's anxiously happy head )

on Removing Your Crows :This wonderous "Tin Of MSTy-Goodness" does indeed allow back-door entry ( and at no extra-charge !! ) At first I gently struggled to release Crow from his plastic casket, until I saw the "rear-hinge" where one finds that a twisty-tie is what's the problem. Simply undo and release your new toy pal so he can begin the wait for his eventual buddies. ( is the Gypsy figure due to come wrapped around the box ?? )

Oh ! . . . apparently because I'm some sort of "MSTy Admin" they bulk ship `em to me and then I have to redistribute ?! Oh for . . . . well . . . . alright !, MSTy bash at my place. Man !, I'm gonna be sharing impressions & screen-shots n' such, so that why I revised the thread-title to "spoilery" . . . . but I am already thrilled and impressed with the 1st feature I checked.
"Hmm, let's start with an appetizer . . . how do they do this "Variations On a Theme-Song" ?"
Damn well, that's how ! Every blasted one of `em . . including both Pearls, and not only do they not cut too early or cross-fade or anything dreadful, but they each include the full doorways sequences ! Next pass I'm strappin' on the headphones to see how many might now be in scareo !!

so wait . . . there's a bad version ? Not so Deluxe I'd guess ? Yeah; the standard version is the one that's just the movies. That's being rush-released in November 'cause the special ones sold so well. I am so posting pictures when mine comes. Eee, excited! So how "quality" are the (physical) extras? :D You know...does the figurine feel cheap...are the lobby cards printed on tissue paper...that sorta thing.

Crow Urine ?? . . oh, Crow "your- reen, ok ) . . that's pretty sturdy. The Lobby Cards are of a medium thickery. I accidentally tested them by letting the "back-card" that's spot-glued to the outer-box lay under them for a moment and get attached !! . . . . in gently re-separating them, not a one got a new "inner-fold" or showed a mark. This package is standing up to 4 hours of excited ownership . . . so far !

Well The Comic-Con Reunion Panel is certainly well presented, and catches realms of details & moments as yet unseen ! Examples ? : and, here's one for the ladiesAfter Joel stands to bask in his "it was just shaped like a G" line, Oswalt tells him to "soak it up" . . He then proceeds to stroke himself for 10 or 12 seconds. ( Most of the screen-shots look more like he's choking back a stroke tho' . . you'll have to see it in living { repeated ? } motion ! )
