Here's a portion of what I say on "MeTube" Just about 2 years ago, "Evolver" was enjoyed by several thousand dear pals in it's original audio form. Inspired in the weeks after George's "moving on" and initially completed in early 2002, it was certainly due for a video-version ( with a few new audio touches )Here's a video what I put on "MyTube" www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lk0N56tWJLs

Hey, I enjoyed that. The video works great with it and really enhances the sound (any time the "monkey" interlude from Help! is used, it's automatically good in my book). Once again, I'm surprised by the similarities between this and the "LOVE" album, particularly on the "Within You Without You"/"Tomorrow Never Knows" mashups. You and George Martin were both onto great ideas.
Also, did you shift George's voice pitch up ~2:15 on "It's All Too Much"? For a minute, I was wondering when John Lennon sang that song...

Hmm, did I ? I'd have to compare again using the isolated track. Fact is, Mr.Astute-Ears, that many vocal-lines used back in 2002 were indeed pitched up or ( usually ) down. The better to sync to the beat don't `cha know ! My equipment then did not include speed variation while retaining pitch, which never really bugged me. Well . . . it took me awhile to accept what George's lines from "Blue Jay Way" became. In order to fit the darn beat, that very slowly sung song got pitched to helium degrees ! That's why we now have "harmonies" there. There were many parts added during the recent iMovie work, and iMovie indeed has pitch adjustment . . and I love the combo-effect as it is now. Wait . . . what was the original question ? Oh yeah !, "It's All Too Much" . . . . The first line used now has a lower "hamony", but the lines that follow are as originally recorded in 2002, and are apparently pitched up a bit. Gosh ! . . . George sang a few tunes from that period at a slower hazy pace . . like drugs were involved or sumthin' !
